On Tuesday, May 9, students in Prof. Ebrahimi-Bazaz’s Docs in Progress course shared their projects with peers, faculty, and community members. Each documentarian introduced their project with a statement about the “meaningful progress” they defined for their work this semester. Some of the work began in Fall 2016 in DOC 150, and some will continue beyond the semester. For seniors Drew Swedberg and Sherry Rodriguez, the screening was their culminating experience as the very first students to graduate with a Documentary Storymaking minor.
